This holiday house in the green heart of Istria is on the outskirts of the village Rezanci, has a stylish interior and provides all the necessary comfort. It is about 19km from the sea.

The house has three bedrooms with double beds (180cm wide), satellite TV and a bathroom on the ground floor, and a bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined together, each 90cm wide), satellite TV and a bathroom on the first floor. All the bathrooms have a bath or shower, a WC and bidet. In the living room there is also a sofa bed for two people and in the entrance area there is a separate guest WC. A cot is available and can be set up in any of the rooms. The interior meets modern-day standards and has under-floor heating and cooling in all the rooms. Such cooling systems provide significantly better interior cooling, without noise or draughts. A Wii games console for children, satellite TV, a CD player and a radio are available in the living room.

The house is on a fenced site of around 1100m², has an outdoor pool measuring 50m² and a Jacuzzi for six people, eight deckchairs, two big parasols, dining tables for up to ten people and a grill in the pool area, a children’s playground and private parking spaces for three cars. The indoor and outdoor areas are connected by a spacious terrace, where parents have an extensive view over the pool. The owners also provide a site below the holiday property for shared use with guests staying at property no. 951960, which is where the children’s playground is.

The village football ground is only 150 metres from the holiday house and can be used upon agreement with the village hall. The house is in quiet surroundings on the edge of a forest and is the last house on the outskirts. The location is ideal for jogging, hiking or strolling with a dog. Attractions, art and culture in the surroundings worth a day trip are the Roman Colosseum in Pula (25km), the truffle town of Motovun (30km), the beautiful town of Rovinj (20km), or for children the Aqua Park in Porec (40km). The owners can also arrange riding excursions and buggy tours on request. There are shops 2km away and a restaurant 4km away.
