Positive: A nice, fully equipped, air-conditioned apartment with a nice garden and private parking. The owners surprised us with a present just after the arrival. Surprisingly more than enough power outlets for connecting our chargers and laptops. Very kind and friendly owners.

Negative: There is no room service so you are left with two towels and one bedding set for your whole stay. I would have certainly appreciated if we had been offered to have them replaced after a few days, or maybe after a week at least. The kitchen knife would deserve some regular sharpening as it's quite useless even for cutting a slice of bread. The bathroom might need a bit of re-work. If you happen to have a family with a 3 or 4-year-old child as your neighbors in the next-door apartment, you will not escape from the child's crying and screaming. The property rental is managed by a company named Novasol. So, you don't only need to read standard Booking.com description, rules, etc. but you need to click on the Novasol info for more detailed description as well. I did not do it before ordering and paying for the stay, which caused some unwanted surprise for me. Fortunately, it was solved by Novasol's engaging the owners and the owners' obliging kindness. I need to say that the Novasol support contacted directly from Booking.com not only did not help, but stopped responding to me when I proposed some solutions. I only got help from Novasol when I contacted them over their email address. Also, when contacted directly from my Booiking.com account at the end of the stay, the Novasol support did not bother to respond. The information on Booking.com saying that the owner speaks several languages is not true as it's most probably the Novasol support speaking all the languages, but not the owners as the owners only speak Croatian. Also, the "Contact the owner" button on Booking .com does not connect you with the owner but with Novasol support. Thus the information is also a bit misleading. To sum it up: The place - almost perfect The owners - almost perfect The managing company - so-so
