The house has been decorated with great taste, is bright and welcoming. On the first floor there is the kitchen with the dining room, on the 1st floor you will find a bedroom and bathroom, while on the 2nd floor a living room with a bed invites you to relax. Since there are no doors here, you can get to the rooms right from the stairs. All floors are connected with spiral staircases.
From the roof terrace you have a fantastic view of the sea and the surrounding area. In front of the house you will find a beautiful pool, which invites you to spend relaxing hours in the sun. Your pet will feel at home on the fenced property.
In the surrounding area you should definitely make a trip to Zadar (12 km), where you can stroll and admire the architecture of the city.
