Summary: We were offered an upgrade to stay on the second floor which is the third floor if you are an American. Beware if you have large suitcases, as there are no elevators. We had to practically empty our suitcase to get the contents up the stairs. There is a washing machine/dryer combo in the community kitchen, but it takes hours to wash and dry your clothes. Don't plan on doing much laundry. We did enjoy the spaciousness of the apartment once we got settled. The location was quite convenient if you are a walker. With the limitation I described, I think it was a good value for the price, especially since we could prepare/reheat some meals in our own apartment.
