This Villa is located on the western coast of the Istrian peninsula, between the mouth of the Mirna River (to the north) and Lim Fjord (to the south). With its gentle climate, indented coastline with many small islands, peninsulas thick with pine trees, and beautiful beaches sheltered from the sea by the island of St. Nikola, Poreč has become a leading center of Croatian tourism, developing from a small fishing village to become an attractive tourist hub. The apartments are located 30 minutes (on foot) from the seashore. A grocery store and several restaurants are also in the vicinity while the town center is about 20 minutes away (on foot).
This ground-floor apartment has an area of about 35 m2 and is suitable for three persons. There is one bedroom furnished with a double and 1 single bed. There is the option for one additional person to sleep on the sofa in the dining/living room. The nicely furnished living room has a satellite television and dining area. The little village of Vrvari lies 2 km north of Poreč. Leave the A9 in the village of Bonaci and travel in the direction of Poreč. When you reach Vrvari, turn right onto Školska Street, and after 100 meters turn left onto Ladonja Street.
