This lovely apartment is situated in the prestigious Ploče area. The apartment has a private terrace with sitting area which offers a partial view over the sea, the island of Lokrum and the Old Town. One of the finest hotels in town, Hotel Excelsior is just across from the apartment, while the Old Town is approximately 5 minutes walking distance and the famous Banje Beach is only a 3 minute walk from the apartment.
Entering the apartment you will find yourself in the cozy open plan living room and kitchen with dining area. From the living area glass doors open onto a private terrace with outdoor dining table and chairs for 6 as well as a small coffee table with 2 chairs. Here, guests can enjoy a morning coffee, delicious meal or just relax and enjoy the view after a long day of sightseeing. The apartment also offers two bedrooms, one with twin beds and one with double bed as well as 1 full bathroom with a shower.
Amenities include: Flat screen TV, AC(living room), free WiFi, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toaster, oven; full bathroom with hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and terrace.

The nearest grocery store, beach and restaurants are all within 200-250 meters from the property as well as the beautiful and historic center of Old town. The apartment can be approached from the upper road walking about 65 steps down or from the bottom road walking about 70 steps up.

*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same.
All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive.
In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property. *
