The property is unique because the first neighbours are 500 m away from the villa, so privacy is guaranteed. The villa is located in the immediate vicinity of the Ucka and Cicarija mountain ranges to the east and the medieval towns of Motovun or Gronjan to the west. Nearby is also Hum, "the smallest town in the world", which has two streets and about 20 inhabitants, but is always a pleasure to visit. The fact that you are so close to nature and culture means that you can choose between many activities that will allow you to explore and enjoy the surroundings: horse riding, hiking, paragliding, etc. The choice is yours :)
