We are located in the village of Barat, in the municipality of Kanfanar, in an area characterized by lush Mediterranean scrub, vineyards and olive trees planted landscapes, located only 20 km from the beautiful sea of the Istrian west coast. Not far from Casa Barattinathere is a playground, tennis, handball, basketball and a small football field. In addition, a bocce court is available free of charge.

The H2A annex includes a separate sleeping area with its own bathroom, as well as a spacious and comfortable summer kitchen.In order to complete the living comfort and create a communal atmosphere, additional free shared amenities are provided in the additional annex building called H3 such as gym, sauna, pool table, football table, darts, massage room, bathtub.
