Positive: Our stay at Casa Pepe was truly exceptional! From the moment we arrived, Ivana and Alen made us feel right at home with their warm hospitality. They were always available and eager to help with anything we needed, whether it was related to the property or providing invaluable tips on the best places to visit in the area. One of the unique and delightful aspects of Casa Pepe were the pets – two cats, Lucy and Tony, and a dog named Pepe. They were incredibly friendly and added a special charm to our stay without being intrusive. The property itself is spacious, comfortably accommodating our group of six. With three bathrooms, there was never a wait, which made our mornings much smoother. Upon arrival, we were impressed with how spotlessly clean everything was, including the inviting swimming pool. Casa Pepe’s location is ideal for exploring Istria and even venturing into Northern Italy. We found lovely beaches within a 15-20 minute walk, perfect for a day out by the sea. Additionally, the nearby shops, bakeries, and restaurants made it easy to get everything we needed without long trips. The kitchen is large and well-equipped, perfect for those who enjoy cooking. We appreciated the ample space and all the necessary appliances. The swimming pool is a standout feature – large and well-maintained, it was a great spot to relax and cool off. Parking was hassle-free with enough space for 2-3 cars directly on the property. The air conditioning in the living room and kitchen was powerful enough to keep the entire house cool when we left the bedroom doors open, which was especially appreciated during the hotter days. Overall, our experience at Casa Pepe was wonderful, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Istria. Thank you, Ivana and Alen, for making our vacation memorable!

Negative: One consideration is that the apartment might not be suitable for very small children due to the patios not having railings and the open pool area.
