Pets are allowed in this accommodation at the owner's discretion or for a fee. In low season, the villa can be booked with a minimum stay of 3 nights. If the villa is occupied by more than 6 people (this is the standard occupancy), there is an extra charge of 30 EUR per night for each additional guest over 3 years old. A deposit of 300 EUR is required in cash on the day of arrival. Provided that everything is in order, the deposit will be refunded within 7 days.
