Positive: Katarina was very lovely host. She was ready to help with a lot of things starting from how to get to the certain locations and where to buy food to giving information about historical aspects of the city and its surroundings. Studio appartment was clean and had everything you need for your stay (kitchen equipment, coffee, some spices for food preparation, bath utilities, etc). Nice garten was a highlight for us, we spend there more time as inside the appartment.

Negative: If you don't come with your private car you need to bother with finding a way to travel accross the city, because walking up to the hills will kill you during the hot weather. However, traveling with a taxi was not as expensive as we expected.
