Modern 2-bedroom apartment located in Stara Mokošica just 4.3 kilometres east of the ACI Marina, a perfect location for a holiday getaway. Nestled 100 meters from the river Ombla in a peaceful environment the apartment offers a charming exterior with a private pool and a summer kitchen surrounded with lush green Mediterranean plants.
The property features 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a shower (1 being an en suite bathroom), living/lounge room with a pull out sofa bed that can accommodate 2 additional guests. There is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and dishwasher. Glass doors from the living room open up to an outside terrace/lounge area which overlooks the apartment's private swimming pool and summer kitchen with BBQ. The apartment has 2 private parking places. Amenities include: A/C (all rooms), SAT-TV, LCD TV, WIFI Internet, a full kitchen with dishwasher, ice-maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, BBQ, washing machine, safety deposit box, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, swimming pool (heated), table tennis and basket ball.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a villa and rented out as a single unit with all private amenities out of high season. Set in a quite area it is only a 10 minutes drive from Dubrovnik Old Town or 15-20 minutes by bus. The bus stop for the Old Town is 50 meters from the apartment (bus tickets cost 15 kunas/2 Euro) and buses run every 15 minutes throughout the high season. Shops (general store) and an ATM are 500 m away.

All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive.
In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property. *
