This is a cozy apartment consisting of two joined apartments with two bedrooms located conveniently close to the bus stop and the Lapad boulevard, the home of many café bars, restaurants and the most beautiful beaches in Dubrovnik. Green surroundings and easy transportation access best describes the property that also has a pleasant terrace. Hedera A25 consists of two neighboring apartments offering in total two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with a shower, plus each apartment has its own living/dining/kitchen area with a fold out sofa bed that can accommodate an additional two guests. The property is ideal for friends or two couples travelling together. Guests can enjoy morning coffees on a lovely shared terrace connected with a small garden. Two private parking places are available in front of the apartment. Heated floors can be found in each room, therefore the property keeps a warm ambiance even during the winter season as well. Amenities include A/C, WIFI, heated floors, SAT TV, DVD, a full kitchen, microwave, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, safety deposit box and two parking places. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive.
