New built infinity swimming pool and main terrace are right outside the spacious living room. The second terrace with built-in BBQ and patio table with 8 chairs is on the other side of the house.
Heading upstairs to the first floor guests will find the third bedroom and bathroom with shower. The bedroom also leads onto a 30 m2 balcony with outside lounge and amazing views to the sea, Gruz harbour and Lapad peninsula.

As shops, restaurants and beach are not within walking distance car is recommended to stay at this property. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive.
In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property.
