Individually decorated, renovated holiday apartments in an old town palace at the heart of the Dubrovnik old town

These two apartments are on the first floor of a stately baroque palace 400 years old, in a romantic area at the heart of the old town of Dubrovnik. It is close to the “Stradun”, the main street in town that is worth seeing, as well as to the St. Blasius Church, the cathedral and the town palace, which was inhabited by the singer Lady Cvijeti Zuzoric - Flori Zuzori (1552-1648) and her family.

The apartments have been renovated and individually decorated and provide all the necessary modern comfort, with a TV, air conditioning and free Internet access.

Owing to the location in the old town, there are no parking spaces by the building, but there is a public car park outside of the old town area and there is a public parking garage (payable).

Banje beach is near the centre. There are stone stairs leading down to the beach. The beach looks out at the Dubrovnik old town and the island of Lokrum. Owing to the central location of the apartments, the surrounding shops, restaurants, cafés and sights are all within easy access. You can use the public buses to get around. The nearest bus stop is only 300 metres from the palace.

Holiday apartment for three people

Enjoy the medieval atmosphere of the town. The 31m² three-star apartment can accommodate three people and is decorated in a “shabby chic” style. The charming apartment consists of a bedroom, a bathroom and a big living room-kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200cm) and two bedside tables with lamps. Next to the bed y the wall there are a wardrobe and a dresser with a mirror. Another person can sleep on the sofa bed (90 x 190cm) next to the wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. The spacious living room-kitchen has a kitchen unit by the window with a stove, extractor fan, fridge, dishwasher and kettle. In front of it there is a dining space with six chairs. Behind the dining table by the window there is an LCD TV. The front part of the room has a big, comfortable corner sofa, which can be converted into a bed for another person if required.
