Welcome to apartments Dora.
We are renting three separate apartments, newly built (energy certificate B) which are located in Gornji Karin, near Zadar and Novigrad.
Apartmans have overlook the sea and Velebit, and they are located 300 meters from the beach.
Each apartman have 60m2 and a separate entrance.
They are equipped with high-quality interior: living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, private bathroom with shower and corridor.
Apartmans have air conditioning, Wi-Fi, SAT-TV, refrigerator, oven, induction hob, microwave, cutlery and drinking.
One apartment has a terrace and balcony.
Completely courtyard is paved with natural 1st class stone.
In the courtyard there are two stone tables with oak benches, platform for children's pool, two large spit (barbecue) with a desk, within a large parking.
Gornji Karin is a small village located along Karinsko sea (in Adriatic sea).
There are and big cities like: Zadar, Sibenik, Vir, Nin, Vodice, Zaton and etc.
Also, nearby are national parks like Krka, Paklenica, Cerovačke caves, Velebit Nature Park, Vransko lake suitable for fishing, canyon of Krka river and canyon of Zrmanja river that is suitable for rafting.
There is also a Franciscan monastery from the 15th st. and Karišnica river which flows into the Karinsko sea, stone mills, waterfalls, rivers and white, natural healing mud (brimstone).
Just for notice, Karin submarine parts are covered with mud, which is used for various rheumatic diseases.
The place is also known for its medicinal plants.
Velebit (mountain), sea and pine trees give us an excellent climate (there are no factories nearby) so the air is very clean.
Nearby there are bike paths, restaurants, shops, apartments and post office,farmacia, amusement park.

Beide mit 60m2 Wohnfläche und separatem Eingang. Kvalitative Ausstattung: Wohnzimmer mit Küche, 2 Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Dusche und Flur.Beide mit Klima anlage,Wi-fi, Sat- Fernsehen, Kühlschrank, Backofen mit indukt. Kochherd, komplete Besteck mit Trinkgläser. Komplete Hof mit Naturstein belegt .Zwei Masive Garten Tischemit Eichen Bänke, Kinder Schwimbad Podest , Griller mi tSpies oder Grillerrost und ausreichende Parkplatz
Karin Gornji ist kleines ortschaft im Bucht der sogenante Karinsko more bildet.Nahe sind grösere alte Stätchen wie Sibenik, Primosten, Vir, Pag , Nin, Vodice, umgeben von mehrere Nationalparks wie zb Krka Wasserfäle, Plitvice, Paklenica, Kornati, Cerovacke spilje,Naturpark Velebit, Vransko jezero (Süßwasser See), Canyon von Fluss Zrmanja mit Rafting Möglichkeiten. Im Ort befindet sich auch alte Franziskaner Kloster aus 15 jh am Fluss Karisnica Ufer mit alten Mühlenund das besondere, Heilende Schlamm –Peloide Schmerzstillede Terapy für Rreuma, Artritis und andere Krankcheite.Velebit Gebirge mit Pinien Wälder im Umgebung schenken uns ausgezeichnete Klima, es sind keine ngim Umgebung so ist der Luft reine Genus . Im Umgebung (100m) findet Man Gasthaus, Markets, Obststand , Post, Apotheke,Freizeitpark.
