This holiday house near the sea, with two separate apartments is ideal for a family vacation The house is situated in a very peaceful area in the middle of the peninsula, in the small village of Bibinje. It is only 20 m far away from the sea, so you can enjoy your morning swim. Anything else you need is within walking distance so you do not need to use your car, to go shopping or to go and have a nice romantic dinner at some beautiful restaurants with the great sea views.
The house has 2 separate apartments which is perfect for a family vacation, couples or for the group of friends.It is very safe for small children because there is no traffic in our street. Each apartment has a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and a bedroom ( around 45m2). The apartment on the first floor has 2 double bedrooms, the apartment on the ground floor has 1double bedroom but also a sofa bed in a living room ( suitable for 2 people). Altogether 3 bedrooms - sleeps 8. There is also a small gallery under the roof with a sofa bed for 1 person. Plus there are 2 fully-equipped kitchens with an oven, microwave, coffee machine and a dining area, as well as an adjoining bathroom with a shower.
Terrace on the ground floor has an outside grill. The apartment on the first floor has a nice balcony and also a dining area. There is a parking place close to the house and it is possible to get a parking ticket by a special price for the whole stay.
There is free internet in the whole house.
There are restaurants, open and close markets 200-500 m far from the house. There are several beaches 100-200 m far away, but you can easily access the sea just 20 m far from the house, because the house is in the old center, in the middle of a penninsula, so you are practically sorrounded with the sea, and there is first suitable entrance just around the corner.
Zadar Old Town is only 6km away and there is a good bus connection from Bibinje.
If you plan a plane trip, it is very practical because the airport is also only 6 km far away and by taking a taxi you arrive in Bibinje in only 10 - 15minutes.
