Beside that there you will find a few good local restaurants, coffee shop and a grocery shop. Nearby there is also a ferry port Brestova, ideal if you would like one day trip visiting the island of Cres. The well known tourist centers - Opatija or Rabac are reachable in only 20 minutes by car. House is nestled on the hill Prisunac with nice panoramic sea view, and with only two more inhabited houses, which makes this place ideal for relaxing family vacation. In sourrounding area there are more than few wild beaches, hill Sisol and mountain Ucka, as well as the numerous forest paths ideal for walking or cycling. Villa Eugenia built in 1847. and completely restored in 2019., on 3800 sqm big property offers to the guests following facilities: heated pool of 32 sqm with counter-current swimming, sun deck with 6 sun loungers, covered terrace with portable barbecue and big table with chairs, children playground and entertainment equippment such as badminton, picado, Nintendo Wii… Private parking spaces are available in front of the house.
