Extraordinary Stone Villa with a private swimming pool only 15 min from Split and the Sea The villa is located in the picturesque village of Dicmo, on the magnificent Dalmatian coast, only 18 km from the sea, 20 km from town of Split and 32 km from Split-Resnik airport. The architecture of the villa with the shady large terrace overlooking the pool area, surrounded by Mediterranean macchia and flowers, gives you the feeling of being a part of the natural paradise. Guests staying here will appreciate the lovely country setting and peaceful surroundings. With 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, additional garden bathroom, spacious terrace and living room the accommodation caters perfectly for couples, families and friends sharing. Each room has a double bed for two persons, a sofa in the living room can be converted into a bed for two extra people with 2 additional beds if necessary. Villa does not have air conditioning because big stone walls make your days and nights very pleasant. There is a 8 x 4 meters swimming pool with a pool house and garden, bathroom and sun beds. The large terrace is equipped with an outside dining area for open air dining and a stone barbecue. It is surrounded with authentic Mediterranean garden which provides you with a complete privacy, peace and quiet. For those arriving by car, parking for 6 cars and garage for one car is included in the price. Also in area of 20 km we can organise for you trips and activities like; paragliding, airsoft, paintball, kayaking, rafting and lots of sea activities. It takes only 10 min on foot to reach the post office, ambulance, pharmacy, cash machine, supermarkets, coffee bars and a bus station, petrol station (operates 0-24h) and sport playgrounds. In the surrounding radius of 20 km you will find a lot of activities: paragliding, paintball, kayaking, rafting and lots of sea activities. The nearest exit from highway is Dugopolje (5 km). Others who have a desire to go a little longer along the sea way and visit Makarska (60 km), Međugorije (120 km) or Rogoznica and Sibenik (50 km).
