This spacious two-storey luxury villa is in the little village of Kavran near the town Pula on the sunny Istrian peninsula on the northern Adriatic coast, an ideal place to spend a quiet and relaxing holiday with friends or family.
You will be renting the whole villa: a spacious living and dining room, two fully-equipped kitchens, five bedrooms and four bathrooms. On the ground floor there is the air-conditioned living room with a cosy corner sofa, a flatscreen TV with cable and satellite channels and a USB port, DVD and CD player, radio and a large wooden dining table with eight matching chairs. On cooler evenings, a fireplace stove ensures pleasant warmth. The ground floor also comprises two of the total of five bedrooms and one of four bathrooms. The bathrooms are each fitted with a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wall cupboard and mirror, and a toilet. Wide stairs lead up to the upper floor with the additional three bedrooms and three bathrooms, as well as a further modern built-in kitchen that is equipped the same as the ground-floor kitchen (dishwasher, four-zone gas stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine and kettle). One of the bedrooms on the upper floor also has direct access to the generous covered terrace, with a large wooden dining table and plenty of chairs inviting you to enjoy meals together outdoors with a panoramic view over the mountains. A supplementary bed and a cot are available and you can also use the washing machine during your stay. Reliable Wi-Fi Internet access is available in the villa free of charge.
The living room on the ground floor opens onto a big sun terrace along with a 24m² private pool surrounded by sun loungers, easily accessed owing to a metal pool ladder. You can spend leisurely grill evenings under a starry sky around an extra-large traditional stone grill. Children and adults will enjoy the trampoline in the 800m² enclosed garden area. On the site in right in front of the villa there are secure parking spaces.
Two of the bedrooms and the living room with the kitchen have air conditioning.
Your holiday villa is only about 2500 metres from the nearest beach. The nearest cafes and restaurants are only about 300 metres away. It is also about 300 metres to a tennis court. The tourist village Duga Uvala is about 1.5km away, with a range of shops and a good choice of restaurants, bars and nightlife. The famous Roman amphitheatre at the nearby town Pula makes an interesting day trip.
