Villa Elegance is a luxurious holiday villa situated in Dograde near the municipality of Marina, just 17 km from the historical center of town Trogir, listed among the UNESCO world heritage sites and just 20 km from Split airport. Luxury villa Elegance was built in 2021. and covers 260 m2 of living area divided on ground and first floor level. The contemporary exterior combined with elegant and minimalistic interior perfectly blends modern architecture with surrounding nature and landscapes, creating the ambience of a private luxury retreat. Villa Elegance has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 9 persons.
Ground floor consists of a spacious and luxuriously furnished open concept living room with indoor fireplace and access to the outdoor and pool area, modern and fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 1 air conditioned bedroom with king size double bed, en suite bathroom with bathtub and 1 half-bath. First floor is designed as a resting area with 3 air conditioned bedrooms (2 bedrooms with king size double beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with a double bed and an additional single bed), each with its own en suite bathroom with shower and a separate laundry room. Two bedrooms share a balcony equipped with outdoor table and chairs.
