This exlusive holiday villa is situated at the very top of the small village of Smrika. It features fantastic panoramic views across the whole Kvarner Bay. Located in a peaceful place with forested surroundings it ensures a quiet and peaceful holiday.
If despite your gorgeous private pool you still seek refreshment in the sea, public beaches are located only a few kilometers away. The nearest city is Crikvenica at a distance of 10 km, which offers various shopping and nightlife venues for everyone’s taste. Hiking, climbing, cycling trails and paragliding tandem flights will satisfy your need for active holidays, while nature and national parks Učka, Risnjak and Plitvice offer great excursion getaways from the heat and seaside rush.

High-quality natural materials; authentic oak, terracotta floors, and 150 year old recycled bricks are used in the interior design enriched with premium Italian lighting and unique handmade furniture. Attention to details and traditionally furnished interiors radiate a warm atmosphere where families and friends can feel at home.
The generously laid out villa has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, providing comfortable accommodation for eight people. It offers a large living room with a fireplace, TV and dining area on the ground floor and an open gallery as a common area with connection to the upper terrace. In order to preserve the peace and quiet and provide a more relaxed atmosphere, we chose not to provide our rooms with television sets.
The villa comprises two kitchens; the inner one, fully equipped with all necessary electrical devices and the outdoor kitchen with indispensable barbecue kit. In addition to the large garden with stunning views, the summer kitchen and several terraces for relaxing, the absolute highlight are the pool and the hydro massage area.
The favourable position of the property offers an ideal opportunity for those who prefer a quiet vacation away from the stress and noise.This charming villa is located only a short drive from Crikvenica, a small town with a hundred year old tourist history. Crikvenica offers everything one may need on a holiday...beautiful beaches, promenade surrounded by palm trees and colorful flowers, cute little shops and plenty of tourist happenings.The area is a paradise for sport lovers, that can choose from a variety of activities like bicycling, mini golf, table tennis, sailing, jet skiing, paragliding, diving, football, basketball, bowling, paintball, beach volleyball, hiking and many more. Also a short drive away you will find Rijeka, one of the largest ports in central Europe and also the third biggest Croatian city.
