The single-storey holiday house was recently built in 2016 and is accordingly modern for a comfortable stay. On a living space of 100 m² you will find a light-flooded living and dining area with an integrated, open kitchen, three spacious bedrooms, two luxuriously equipped daylight bathrooms and a separate laundry room. The air-conditioned (heating and cooling) living area is furnished with a spacious corner sofa set, a wall-mounted digital flat screen TV with satellite reception and USB connection and a dining table with six chairs. In addition, as expected, the white high-gloss fitted kitchen has only the latest appliances, including a dishwasher, two-zone gas and two-zone induction cooker with extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The three bedrooms are each furnished twice with a 160 cm x 200 cm double bed and once with a 90 cm x 200 cm single bed. In addition, the sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional 130 cm x 200 cm double bed for two more people. In the two bathrooms you will find a bathtub with a shower device and a walk-in shower, both of which also offer a vanity with a base cabinet and wall mirror, a hair dryer and a toilet. The washing machine and an ironing board with iron in the separate storage room provide additional convenience. A baby cot and a high chair are available, sufficient bed linen and towels are provided and the reliable WiFi internet access is also offered free of charge in your holiday home.
The large glass doors in the living area open directly to your private, 4m x 7m pool, which is surrounded by sun loungers. And the barbecue area on the spacious sun terrace invites you to long meals under a blue sky. A car is recommended during your stay, you can use the secure parking spaces directly in front of your holiday home on the fenced area. And should you not want to go on vacation without your pet, this is also welcome here on request and for a small additional charge.
