The private plot of 1000 m2 is completely fenced, therefore, suitable for children safe play. Swimming pool area is equipped with garden furniture, ten loungers, five sunshades, an outdoor grill and a swing. There are four parking spots on site and four more in front of the house.
This house is designed for larger groups or families that wish to spend a relaxing holiday. It stretches over three floors and all have a sea view. It consists of thirteen bedrooms, seven bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and five living rooms. There are eight air conditioning units and heating provided in off season, free wifi internet, six TVs and a safe . Distance to the sea and the beach is around 500 m and to the market around 200 m. Restaurants as well as the supermarket, fish market, pharmacy and gas station are approximately one kilometer away. Pula city center is only about four kilometers away. We recommend excursions to nearby places. The most famous is the ancient Pula which offers many attractions, cultural and entertainment during the summer.
For our guests we organize special boat excursions like to Brijuni Islands national park or beautiful old Istrian town Rovinj. We also organize bicycle rental, car hire, taxi service, transfers, etc
