The semi-detached stone house is located in picturesque Sumartin, on the eastern side of the Croatian island of Brac. You reach Sumartin by ferry from Split or Makarska (closest to Brac, Split and Zadar airport).
You can enjoy the wonderful mountain and sea views from your private infinity pool. An outdoor shower provides additional comfort.
The house has been fully renovated and built with natural materials such as sandstone and oak wooden floors. It features an open-concept design, and has been equipped with all new furniture and appliances.
It offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and a modern kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, wine fridge, espresso and coffee maker. Floor heating is available in the kitchen and in the bathrooms, and there is air-conditioning in the bedrooms as well as the living room.
Distances to Split, Dubrovnik and Hvar are suitable for day trips.
Brac is the islands on Dalmatian coastline which is closest to Split on the mainland. Dalmatia is famous for its amazing clear and beautiful waters. Brac has gained a place on the world map thanks to its marble (sandstone), used in everything from Diocletian's Palace in Split to the White House in Washington D.C. But for the sun and bathing traveler, Brac has a place on the map as a real bathing pearl, which among other things attracts one of the most beautiful beaches in the Mediterranean.
If you have brought your car or rented a car, you can explore the island on your own. There are many nice small and hidden beaches.
This is a semi-detached house. The entire property can be accessed by guests except for the garage and the technical storage area under the pool. Some cabinets in the house will be locked.
