All washing supplies included ( tide, shout, dryer sheets) - I have found that rules on this is extreemly important! Like cleaning out the linen trap in the dryer, don’t use liquid fabric Softner in washer as this is very clogging and bad for front loaders , don’t overfill the washer small loads only, don’t mix washing lights with darks, keep washer door open while not in use as this prevents mold !!

Within five minutes to UVU, BYU, University Place Mall, TRAX and FrontRunning stations, restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. Very safe, family-friendly, lovely neighborhood with access to anything you need in Utah or Salt Lake Counties

Easy for your convenience this is a keyless entry Air Bnb! We will message you the door code 1 hour from check-in which is at 3:00 pm MST. Check out is at 10 AM please ask if you need more time. We normally have same-day check-in‘s but in the event we do not we usually grant extra time
If it’s not same-day check-in we don’t mind.
- Please do not take anything off the Airbnb premises we tend to lose items that way and we would like to keep the place fully stocked for our guests!
- Please let us know if anything has been broken, stained or misplaced so that we may give special attention to those things or replace those items if needed communication is always best!
