The beautiful Dalmatian stone house is completely renovated and set up to be a luxurious home for up to 7 people. It stretches on property situated just a few meters from the sea in a residential area and surrounded by gardens. The villa stretches on two floors and is perfect for a large family or group of friends who wants to be together but still enjoy and relax comfortably. On the first floor is a kitchen, dining room, spacious living room (with digital SAT-TV, DVD, bar and french balcony with a splendid view of Lumbarda's harbor and Peljesac canal with little islands in between. On the same floor, there is a huge bathroom with a bathtub, and in front of it, there is a cozy & spacious loggia and terrace with gardens full of flowers from all over the world and Mediterranean herbs and trees. On the second floor, there are 4 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, SAT-TV, and air-conditioning.
