This luxurious villa with heated pool is located on the beach, in a quiet location above the sea in the beautiful village of Splitska on the island of Brač. It was recently re-built in 2020. Villa is situated in first row to the sea, and it is ideal for all those who want to enjoy luxury and the peace of an idyllic island of Brač in a place where everything is close and accessible, but without the crowd. To make your stay on the Island of Brac as pleasant as possible, villa has been equipped with all you might need, and entertainment facilities (including winery) like darts and
childern's toys. It can accommodate up to 6+2 guests in three beautifully designed and air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and with possible extra beds and cots in the bedrooms as well as double bed in the living room.
On the first floor of the villa there is a fully well equipped kitchen with state of the art appliances which allow you to feel at home with home cooking and cozy spacious living room, decorated with quirky furnishings and a large TV. In the middle of the room, bathed in daylight, it is a large wooden dining table that can comfortably seat 10 guests. From living room, guests come directly to the different terraces and to the heated pool. On the first floor also is the master bedroom with bathroom and private terrase and deck chairs for an afternoon shade overlooking the sea.
Ground floor of the villa consists of two more bedrooms with bathrooms and direct access to the garden terrace. All bedrooms have a beds size 180 x 200 cm. To top it all off, walk up to the spacious open-air terraces are ideal for evening gatherings where guests can enjoy preparing a
barbecue overlooking the sea.
There is also garden which is spread on 820 square meters property, surrounded with greenery and Mediterranean scents, only few meters from the crystal clear sea and private parking, as well as bicycles which guests can use to explore the surroundings of this beautiful island.
