New Villa Brac built in the traditional Mediterranean style with a beautiful view of the sea and Island Hvar with a large swimming pool 30m2, one inside kitchen, one summer kitchen on the terrace, grill, cascade garden with Mediterranean plants and a car parking. The nature of the environment is fascinating, you have complete privacy because you are surrounded only with olive trees, pine trees and vineyards. Villa Brac is consists of three double bedrooms, one gallery bedroom with two single bed, living room, two bathrooms and a kitchen in the house and another summer kitchen on the north terrace with dinning area. It is ideal for families or a group of friends.
Located in a quiet area a few minutes walk from the famous Zlatni Rat beach and other small beaches that are along the coast from the house to the Bol center.
Zlatni Rat beach is 900 meter from us... 15 minute walk. Restaurants, cafes, bars, and entertainment and sports facilities are located near the Zlatni Rat beach and the town of Bol.
At the ground floor we have bedrooms no1 and no2 and bathroom with separate entrance. On the first floor we have bedroom no3, living room, one gallery bedroom with two single beds, bathroom and kitchen. Stairs that connect two floors are open stairs outside of the house.
