This villa is a modern villa built in 2012 and located in a secluded, private fenced property. The large, open plan villa is surrounded by olive groves and almonds at the foot of Mount Kozjack, near the town of Trogir in Split.
The Space:
This beautiful villa with pool can accommodate up to 14 people and extends over 3 levels. On the first floor there is a homely kitchen area, dining area and living room that is connected to a study/library area. The living room is a large open space that provides ample room to relax. Also on the first floor are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with modern furnishings and an abundance of storage space for your personal belongings. The large bathroom on the ground floor comes with luxury whirlpool bath. All double bedrooms feature double beds size 160 x 200 cm.
There is another double bedroom and bathroom on the second floor. On the same floor there is also a separate apartment with another living area, bedroom and bathroom. On the third floor you can find charming gallery with bedroom.
This luxury villa in Croatia also comes equipped with a wine cellar, a fully equipped gym should you wish to use it. The villa has been air conditioned with 8 A/C units. Outside there is a large outdoor kitchen with outdoor BBQ area and dining space. You will also find a garage, playground and bowling alley on the outside of this villa. The outdoor terrace has a large swimming pool and sunbathing space as well as garden area and shaded dining area. The outdoor swimming pool (40 m2) has been equipped with jets for counter current swimming, and the pool heating on request (surcharge, please enquire). The pool is available from the Easter, till the middle of October.
This villa is suitable for families with children and pets, a group of friends. It can also be used for business meetings, small art colonies and special occasions. Trogir is a small, historical village located in the city of Split and is home to many heritage sites and authentic Croatian restaurants. Split is an ideal base when exploring Croatia. As well as being home to many tourist attractions, ferries often go to and from nearby islands such as Brac.
