It is situated in the small Istrian village Rakovci, that has still kept the authentic image of Istrian stone houses and the architecture. The area is very calm, surrounded with nature and one can take long walks through the country or go bike riding, it is only 7 km to the sea.
The ground floor features a spacious open plan living room with fire place, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen (oven, 4 electric rings, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle), exit to the covered terrace and pool area , 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine and on the first floor are 3 bedrooms (all with air conditioning) and 1 more bathroom with shower.
