This is a spacious 5-bedroom and 5 bathroom apartment with private terrace. Apartment is located in Mokošica, a peaceful suburb of Dubrovnik located only 20 minutes’ driving from the Old Town. Apartment features large terrace with outside dining table and built in BBQ. The apartment occupies the entire floor of a building and it consist of 5 units: one studio apartment, one double room with private bathroom and three 1-bedroom apartments. Each unit is equipped with flat screen SAT TV, free Wi-Fi, AC, hair dryer and a private bathroom with shower, while all units except double room features well equipped kitchenette,dining area and sitting area. The large private front terrace, located one deck below is equipped with outside dining table, BBQ and sun loungers. Next to the terrace guests can find laundry room with washing machine which is at their disposal. The nearest beach is Lozica, located approximately 2 kilometres away from the property. There is a restaurant serving local and international specialties 2 km away. The local pizzeria is just 200 meters away from the apartment. A bar and a bakery can be found just a few steps away. The bus Station and Ferry Port can be found 8 km away, while local buses stop just 30 meters away. Fee private parking is available, reservation is needed. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive. In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property. *
