House Tireli is an old renovated house with swimming pool situated in a small, very quiet village called Letajac above the Raša bay. The house is also on higest parts of village, so the wiew is really amazing- you can see the parts of Adriatic sea in Raša bay in the distance , and the old town of Labin on the hill on the other side.
The house is on 2 floors and 82 m2 ( without teraces). Downstairs you have a kitchen, one sleeping room with two separated beds and TV, and a bathroom with washing machine.
Upstairs there is a bigger sleeping room with double bed ( that can be separated as well), a safe, bathroom, and living room with a TV and a sofa that can be streched in bed for two persons . From living room you can go on large upper terrace with all day sunshine and a wiew to a swimming pool.
Swimming pool is cca 30 m from the house with a large beach, sleeping chairs and shadow, solar heated shower and toilette. You can eat outdoors- on the large covered terrace with small kitchen and grill.
Swimming pool with its beach and terrace is sorrounded by 5000 m2 of greenery and over 200 olive trees.
In front of the house you have a lot of parking place.
