This beautiful and luxuriously furnished house was built on the foundation of an old Istrian house, completely renovated in 2015 and then completed in 2016. It is located in the center of Luka Plomin, a very cute place that is kept away from tourism. The house is only a few meters from the sea.
The house has three floors. On the first floor there is the living room with dining kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace. The dining area with the dining kitchen mentioned is entered via the terrace. If you walk past the fireplace into the small corridor, there is a bathroom on the right with a spacious shower and a huge mirror. A hair dryer is also available.
If you walk down the aisle, you get into the living room. This is equipped with 3 couches, one, two and three seaters. A TV with German channels is also available
From the dining area, the stairs led to the second floor. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. Also on the second floor is a bathroom with a bathtub.
The most beautiful and largest room is on the 3rd floor. This room has a beautiful roof terrace from which you have a breathtaking view of the sea and the rousing mountains.
There is comfortable seating and a parasol on the roof terrace.
The location of the holiday home is ideal for families with children, for anglers, hikers, cyclists (fishing is possible in the harbor if a permit is obtained locally) and for people who prefer the romantic touch of the small towns.
