Spanning 424 m2, with a total estate area of 1,956 m2, the villa is fully air-conditioned and accommodates max 18, optimal 16 guests. It is 15 km from the nearest sea and close to the beautiful beaches of Poreč.
Villa Calluna offers a bedroom on the ground floor with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower curtain. The first floor features two spacious bedrooms. One includes a king-size bed (180x200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, while the other has a king-size bed (180x200 cm) that can be converted into two single beds (90x200 cm) upon request, along with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The fourth bedroom, located near the main entrance, offers a double bed (180x200 cm) and a private bathroom with a bathtub and a shower curtain. The beautifully decorated living room boasts two sofas, a coffee table, a chair, and a romantic fireplace. For entertainment, there's a foosball table. Relax in the cozy living room on the ground floor, furnished with two sofas, a coffee table, and a television. Next to it is a dining area with an elegant table.
