Villa Carolus is a stunning Mediterranean villa located in Barat, Istria. We have spared no expense to bring you the most luxurious, private getaway for you and all your friends. With 5 spacious bedrooms, custom kitchen, outdoor pool, whirlpool and Sauna in the master bedroom, we've built the perfect space for you to kick back and relax.
Villa Carolus is both spacious and luxurious to suit large groups and families. We have 5 bedrooms with 5 King beds. Every room includes their own private ensuite bathroom with shower and/or tub, as well as their own flatscreen TV. Master Bedroom and Bedroom #1 also have their own private terraces with seating.
Living room features an open fireplace and piano for entertaining. It also includes a home theatre with PS4 and LED TV set, surrounded by a chesterfield seating set. Linked is our luxurious full dining room that seats 10 comfortably in antique chairs. Our kitchen is a full custom kitchen, including a classic oven, American fridge with ice maker, electric stove, juicer and coffee maker. For breakfast or a snack, you can enjoy use of our beautiful large island with 3 bar chairs.
Our pool is 10x7m and surrounded by high hedges for privacy and a terrace. If you wanted to just take a dip and not a swim, our in-ground whirlpool hot tub is right next to the pool! Along the pool you will find 10 comfortable chairs for sunbathing, along with five 4x3m umbrellas for shade. You can take a walk through the garden, or have lunch outside on our large patio table that seats 12.
