This beautifully presented family villa Is quietly located in a small village close to the popular resort of Poreč on the Istrian peninsula. The accommodation is arranged over two floors and comfortably sleeps 10 guests. Designed for outdoor living the property enjoys a large pool, a barbecue, an outdoor dining area and a fully equipped summer kitchen with an additional fridge, oven, coffee machine and a dishwasher.
Inside, the bright and spacious living area is framed by three sets of floor-to-ceiling glass doors that flood the area with natural light. This open plan space incorporates; a dining room with a large table and chairs that looks out to the terrace, a TV room with comfortable seating that leads out to the private garden and a fully equipped kitchen fitted with; an induction hob, coffee machine, a dishwasher, an oven, microwave and a fridge freezer.
The villa also has a trampoline and is set up to enjoy sports including football, basketball, handball and table tennis. Electric bicycles are available on request to discover and explore the wider area.
The location of the villa makes it an ideal base for many day trips, but for guests who choose not to leave the area, there are a number of small shops, bars and restaurants that are only a 2-minute drive away.

Antonci is a small village close to Poreč one of the most popular resorts in Croatia. With its cobblestone streets, historical architecture and vibrant cultural scene, the town has become a sought-after destination for travellers.
