Apartment directly on the sea with large and comfortable terrace of 30sqm with barbecue and outdoor shower, direct access to large garden terraced all across the sea, with sun loungers included in the rental price, also in the shade of olive trees. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, two of which have a double bed and a smaller one with 2 single beds, one with a pull-out, air conditioning in all rooms, a lounge with fully equipped kitchen and complete with everything. The peculiarity of our holiday home is undoubtedly the garden, large and terraced, from which you can access directly to the sea. Garden adorned with Mediterranean palms, tropical plants, olive trees and figs only 20 meters from the sea with sun beds in the shade and in the sun, in secluded corners where you can relax in traquillita 'and immerse yourself in a good reading admiring the sea . The garden also has 2 outdoor showers, umbrellas, sun loungers, coffee tables, BBQ with large table where you can stay and eat all together in the evenings, also at the garden level available dining space and two amenities.
Villa Mediterraneo is located in an absolutely quiet setting, enjoys a unique position, between the house and the sea there are no roads, you can swim safely in front of the house, on the bottom there are pebbles. Komarna has 3 beaches of pebbles, the first is 80 meters from our villa. They say ours is the best position of all Komarna, our guests will never miss anything and we are always ready
