The house was built at the end of the 19th century and completely renovated in 2020, using a combination of traditional architecture and modern building materials. The house has a back yard in the shade of an old mulberry, where it is pleasant even in the hottest summer days. There is another courtyard in front of the house, with swimming pool and sea view, sun loungers, a covered terrace with fireplace and sitting set. The house has two private parking spaces.
Holiday house for 6-7 people of 140 sqm. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with dining room, living room with fireplace and sitting set with sleeping possibility for one child, and a separate toilet. On the first floor, there is a double room with private bathroom. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom.
