Old Istrian stone house situated in a small idillic village Lozari where only 10 families are inhabited. The completely renovated and furnished villa has 175 m2 plus 400 m2 garden area with a swimming pool, BBQ and a beautiful view of the sea and Mirna river valley.
On ground floor there is a twin bedroom, living room, dining area with a kitchen and bathroom with a shower cabin. Ground floor has a terrace which offers river Mirna and surrounding hills view as well as it has a direct access to the garden and swimming pool. On first floor there is a large living room with dining area and kitchen, WC and a terrace with beautiful sea and river Mirna views. On the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with bath tub.
House is fully air-conditioned. Special feature of the house is the date of its original construction carved in a stone above the entrance door. The house was first built in 1909 and on the outside walls underneath the roof you can find small bird windows.
