The villa is just 5 km from the historic town of Korcula, where you can find numerous cafés, and restaurants, galleries, and an open-air cinema, as well as many buildings and monuments. It is conveniently located for exploring other parts of the island and the direct sea access allows you to take paddle boards and canoes out or to sunbathe on deck chairs overlooking the bay.
On the ground floor, you will find a large open plan living room with floor to ceiling glass windows and beautiful views over the bay and the Peljesac peninsula. In the living room you will find a comfortable sitting area (with sofas and chairs), a TV area (with sofa and TV), a dining area (with table seating 8) and a well-equipped kitchen area (with island and stools). Also on this level, there is a self-contained gym with a sauna and shower room.
On the middle floor, you will find two double/twin bedrooms (with two single beds that can be pushed together) which open onto a comfortably furnished, partially shaded terrace.
