The luxurious Villa Vlastelini I is an absolute vacation paradise that truly offers the holidaymaker a complete all-round carefree package in a fantastically beautiful setting and excellent facilities. This Istrian estate sensitively combines tradition with modernity. The manor house, built in 1921, was lovingly renovated by the owner in 2011. With care the fine, authentic character of the house was preserved, which finds due expression on 265 m2 and is nevertheless excellently combined with new style elements. On the outside, as on the inside, tradition and antiques blend with modern comfort, luxury and contemporary style. The result is a fabulous, hard to beat vacation home on an insanely beautiful estate that offers every luxury and comfort one would expect from merely a club vacation. On the first floor of the house, we are greeted by the large, communal living areas - an open, very cozy living room, furnished to a high standard by the open fireplace. The entire interior is decorated in beautiful earthy colors and special attention was paid to the use of natural materials, such as stone, wood and artifacts from local artists. A great, large eat-in kitchen with huge dining area with pretty red wooden chairs along with a top-equipped kitchen with all electrical appliances catches the eye. This will facilitate your vacation and provide the usual comfort while inviting you to a communal cooking evening. We find modern design paired with antiques in all rooms. Thematically arranged comfort bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, are spread over the first floor (here you will find the bedroom decorated in white with en-suite bathroom in cream with modern walk-in shower) and mainly over the upper floor. The three bedrooms located on the upper floor each have a different theme that is color oriented, absolutely individual and coherent, and with the en-suite bathroom provides the desirable tranquility and privacy desired within a larger travel group of up to 8 people. Thus, the equally outstanding bedrooms are more like a separate apartment, especially since they all have a TV, safe, air conditioning, underfloor heating and the great en-suite bathrooms.
Partly there are also balconies in addition to the covered terrace at the house, so that you can enjoy there directly after getting up your morning coffee in all silence with a view over the dreamlike green landscape. The outdoor area of the villa fulfills your wishes as a sporty-active vacationer.
