Luxury Villa Dubrovnik Sea Diamant is divided into two floors: the first floor and second floor. The ground floor, on the other hand, serves as a garden with a yard. The villa is suitable accommodation for 7 people. Next to the villa there is Annex - Summer House that is suitable for 2+1 people and can be rented for an additional fee.
On the ground floor of Villa Dubrovnik Sea Diamant there is a garden and terrace, infinity pool and a fireplace. From this level, the stone steps lead to a private beach.
On the first floor of Villa Dubrovnik Sea Diamant, there is a spacious living room and a sliding glass door that separates the living room from the terrace. Next to the living room, there is a modern dining room. The indoor dining area is connected to a small kitchen, which is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances. In addition, the ground floor has one bathroom with a tub and shower.
