Villa Cynthia is a traditional stone property which has been newly renovated for 4 people and is situated in the small village Stifanici, approximately 12 km from the main tourist area of Porec which has some of the best beaches in Istria. The villa has been tastefully re-furbished and balances tradition with modern perfectly, it is air conditioned (ground floor and first floor landing), and there is a flat screen SAT TV, DVD and WiFi for entertainment. The open plan living space has white washed beamed ceilings and features a stylish fully equipped kitchen, dining and seating area with glass doors to the terrace and pool. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms (1 double / 1 x 2 single beds) with Juliet balconies and a shared bathroom, Outside is second shower room and a utility room with a washing machine. The covered terrace with dining furniture and a brick built barbecue is ideal for sharing meals outdoors and there is also a dedicated play area for children. The private pool is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas and offers a place to relax in the privacy of the pretty garden.
