The space
We invite you to our new home which we have recently completely renovated.
We paid special attention to details and colors to make you feel comfortable and at home. We want our apartment to be your oasis of peace and relaxation after full day exploration of Dubrovnik or swimming on the beach.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and is a duplex apartment. On the ground floor there is a living area, dining area, kitchen, wardrobe and pantry.
The fully equipped kitchen offers dishwasher, toaster, electric water cooker, oven and stove, dishes.
The toilet is located on the ground floor and has a shower, a toilet and a hairdryer.
On the upper floor there is an open-type room. It has two beds, one king size bed and another standard double bed.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned.
Our private parking is available free of charge.
The apartment also offers a flat screen TV, a WiFi, 2x A/C, an equipped terrace.

Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility but now it is becoming the biggest residential part of Dubrovnik. The majority of hotels and villas are situated in this part of Dubrovnik.Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets is one of the favorite parts of Dubrovnik. Not so crowded as in the Old Town but only 1o min away buy a local bus it represents the perfect place to stay.
