Montizana is located at approximately 10 kilometres from Porec and the nearest beach. The house was built and furnished in 2015, is fully air-conditioned and equipped with attractive rustic furniture. Available to guests of the villa is a swimming pool of 50 sqm, terrace with sitting set, barbecue, fenced garden with well-kept lawn of approx. 1200 sqm and private parking for two cars.
Villa for 8-10 people with an area of approximately 220 sqm on two floors fully air-conditioned consists of ground floor where we find a spacious living room with sitting area, fireplace and access to a covered terrace and pool, a dining room with a table for 10 people and large windows facing the wood, completely equipped kitchen also with access to the terrace, one air-conditioned double room with double bed, shower/toilet and separate toilet. On the first floor there are three air-conditioned double bedrooms, one with a double bed, a large terrace and a bathroom/toilet with whirlpool bathtub, one with a double bed and a bathroom/toilet and one with two single beds and shower/toilet. On the first floor there is also one more double room with bunk beds without a warderobe a an adittional terrace with sitting set.
