The large pool terrace, sunk-in outdoor living room with gas fire pit overlook the medieval town of Motovun and surrounding vineyards.
There is a second outdoor sitting area featuring Paola Lenti furniture and views of the the rolling hills and countryside. The Interior of the house features a professional chef's kitchen with Gaggenau appliances, wine fridge and a cozy family room with TV.
There is a full size laundry room on the upper floor where three bedrooms are located. All rooms are air conditioned and have smart tv's ( with sound bar ). Wi-Fi, satelite TV all included. There is a wine cellar with owner's selection available for purchase.
