THE VILLA — THREE FLOORS OF COMFORT
Villa Marina spans three spacious floors, each approximately 60 square meters, offering generous living space for up to 6 guests.
Ground Floor:
A modern kitchen provides cooking space, alongside a bright living room with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a large dining area comfortably seating 10 or more guests — perfect for family dinners and entertaining. This floor offers access to a spacious terrace with stunning views of the Adriatic Sea, Makarska harbor, and the islands of Hvar and Brač. Furnished with deck chairs and loungers, this terrace is the perfect spot to watch the sunset with a drink in hand. Direct access to the private heated pool and outdoor lounge area. First Floor:

We personally greet every guest upon arrival with homemade rakija (Croatian fruit brandy), fresh seasonal fruit, and cold water. We speak English, German, Croatian, and Russian, and we're always available via WhatsApp, Viber, phone, SMS, or email.
